Pench

Pench National Park, inspiration to Rudyard Kipling’s famous “The Jungle Book” is located in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, India, is a renowned wildlife sanctuary and a key part of Project Tiger. Spread across 758 square kilometres, is named after the Pench River that flows through the park. Rich in biodiversity, the park is home to Bengal tigers, leopards, Indian bison, deer, and a variety of bird species. The dense forests of teak and mahua trees provide a scenic landscape, making it a popular destination for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers.

Day 1: Nagpur to Pench National Park (90 Kms)

Pickup from Nagpur at 10:30 AM and drive to Pench National Park by private vehicle (approx. 1:30 hours’ Drive). On reaching Pench check – in at the resort. Post lunch rest and leisure time in the evening. Overnight stay at the resort. (Meals – Lunch / Hi-Tea / Dinner)  

Day 2: Morning and Evening Jungle Safari

Today we will explore the wildlife of Pench with morning and evening safaris. Start your morning safari at 6:30 AM and return to resort by 11:30 AM. Have your lunch at resort and rest for some time before leaving for evening safari at 2:30 AM. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.  (Meals – Breakfast / Lunch / Hi-Tea / Dinner)  

Day 3: Morning and Evening Jungle Safari

Today we will again go for morning and evening safaris. Start your morning safari at 6:30 AM and return to resort by 11:30 AM. Have your lunch at resort and rest for some time before leaving for evening safari at 2:30 AM. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort. (Meals – Breakfast / Lunch / Hi-Tea / Dinner)

Day 4: Morning Safari and Return to Nagpur

Today we will go for our last safari of the tour at 6:30 AM and return to resort by 11:30 AM. After having early lunch at 12 PM check out and depart for Nagpur. Drop at Nagpur railway station or airport by 4:30 PM. (Meals – Breakfast / Lunch)
